Biographical Notes:

I have been serving privately as a Mediator, Arbitrator and Neutral Evaluator since 2000. I serve as a Mediator on the panel of the United States District Court, the District Court of Appeal (First Appellate District), and the following Superior Court Mediation panels: Alameda County, Contra Costa County, Santa Clara County, San Mateo County, Solano County, San Francisco County, Yolo County. I serve as an Arbitrator and Neutral Evaluator for many of the Superior Court panels listed above. I serve on the Kaiser Plan Neutral Arbitrator Panel. I am a Mediator for both the San Francisco County Bar Association (BASF) and Alameda County Bar Association (ACBA) panels. I have mediated in excess of 500 cases over the last 5 years.

BA - Stanford University 1953, Stanford University JD 1959 40-hour course on Commercial Mediation sponsored by the Bar Association of San Francisco and the Alameda County Bar Association; The First District Court of Appeal Mediation Course (21hours); The Mediation Training Program for the United States District Court, Northern District of Califonia (17hrs); The Yolo County Superior Court/Steven Rosenberg Mediation Course (30hrs) The AIDAR Insurance Arbitration Course (10hrs).

RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION

Rates: $275 per hour split among the parties

Payment: At or within 30 days of the ADR hearing

Cancellation Policy: None if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled date.
