Biographical Notes:

Barbara S. Bryant mediates cases in all areas of employment and discrimination law, as well as discrimination and harassment cases in housing, educational and business setitings. She is known for providing a supportive, personalized and effective mediation process, and consistently demonstrates the power of mediation to resolve even the most challenging disputes.

Barbara has been a mediator, special master, settlement commissioner and workplace investigator since the mid-1990s (full-time since 2000), as well as a mediation coach for the California Courts of Appeal and Stanford Law School mediator training programs. She has taught Sexual Harassment Law at the University of California Berkeley's School of Law since 1989. Barbara litigated individual and class actions in state and federal court for nineteen years, specializing in employment, sexual harassment and discrimination cases.
