Highly effective mediation practice since 1993. Best known for resolving disputes in real estate, agency, escrow, title, homeowner association, business and commercial disputes and employment law.
Mediated more than 1,100 litigated and non-litigated cases with a resolution rate of over 90%. Representative cases include claims of seller and agent fraud, failure to disclose, mold and toxic hazards, breach of contract, specific performance, commission claims and deposit disputes, homeowner association disputes and employment disputes. Appointed to the National Panel of Arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association. Appointed as Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Pro Tem, Mediator and Settlement Officer for civil cases.

RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION |
Rates: $400/hour split equally between the parties. I am happy to travel and there is no charge for travel time when mediation is held outside of my office.
Payment: Fees are generally payable the day of mediation. Only on rare occassions will a deposit be requested.
Cancellation Policy: $500 if mediation is cancelled within 7 days of a scheduled mediation session.
