Biographical Notes:
 Buzz Wiesenfeld has been helping people resolve disputes for over a decade. He started full-time mediation practice in 1993, after an eighteen-year trial law career (M-H "AV" rating). He has mediated thousands of cases as a senior mediator with the Bates/Edwards Group, Endispute/JAMS and in his own practice since 1998.
Buzz Wiesenfeld tailors his mediations to the particular needs of each case and its participants. Buzz brings process knowledge, focused energy and perseverance to each matter. An attentive listener, capable of providing dispute management support in a wide variety of complex issues, Buzz's strengths include respect for and sensitivity to all involved, especially in emotionally charged cases.

RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION |
Rates: Mediation Fees: $450/hour.
Arbitration Fees: $500/hour
Half-day (4-hour) minimum.
No Deposit.

Cancellation Policy: Fee of $500 charged for cancellation with less than 10 working days notice.
