Biographical Notes:

Dave has been a full-time neutral since 1991. A veteran of approximately two thousand mediations, he has "specialized" in challenging cases of all genres (except domestic mediation). He is a recognized speaker and trainer in mediation. Formerly affiliated with Bates Edwards Group (from shortly after its inception), Endispute, JAMS, and American Arbitration Association, Dave is now independent of "providers". Dave's assistant Gemie works directly with the clients in an effort to accomodate their needs wherever and however possible.

Rates: $5750 per day

Mediation: A "day" includes up to two hours' time in advance of mediation (telephone conferences, reading briefs, etc) and as many hours of mediation as are necessary within a calendar day of commencement.

All additional time is billed at $580 per hour.

Arbitration time is billed hourly or daily as the parties elect.

Payment: Actual receipt of billed fees due 15 business days prior to commencement of mediation. For arbitration, payment terms are by written arbitration retention agreement.

Cancellation Policy: Receipt of notice of cancellation or date changes within 10 business days of mediation billed at one day rate to the cancelling/changing party(ies), unless the reserved time can be re-booked (in which case there is no charge for cancellation or date change).
