Biographical Notes:

Dick Bayer has spent 30 years working at resolving disputes. He has been a partner in several lawfirms (Brownstein, Hyatt in Denver, Colorado; Kutak, Rock, nationally; Ferris & Britton, San Diego) and has been a private school developer, an energy company president, a law professor and dispute resolutionist. He has faciilated large public policy debates, worked with Native American tribes to design human resources conflict resolution processes and lectured on systems design and environmental collaboration. He is licensed to practice law in Colorado (inactive), California and Idaho but qualified to resolve disputes nationally and internationally.   • RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION

    Rates: $450 per hour; minimum 4 hours; 1/2 time for travel time (that covers transportation, lodging and meals so there are no additional costs for traveling to your venue except for room rental if necessary)

    Payment: $2,050 deposit (4 hours plus $250 administrative fee) shared between all parties; we accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express

    Cancellation Policy: full refund if cancelled at least 31 days before scheduled date;1/2 of deposit if cancelled between 11 and 30 days; no refund if cancelled within last 10 days
