Biographical Notes:
I have been mediating since 1995 and have mediated in approximately 500 cases in a wide variety of subject matter. I also arbitrate for Contractors State License Board cases and the NASD. I have quite a bit of experience in large group facilitations - employment/workplace. organizational, community/government. I am willing to travel anywhere in California and beyond, with added expenses, of course.

RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION |
Rates: Rates for mediation are $200 per hour with a three hour minimum. I give discounts to members of CAI and other organzations (call for details). Arbitrations are done through agency administrators only. Facilitation rates need to be discussed on a case by case basis.
Payment: Payment due prior to commencement of service.
Cancellation Policy: $150 non-refundable administrative fee. Full reimbursement of the balance with 48 hour cancellation notice.
