RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION |
Rates: Litigated disputes: Within Merced, Madera, Fresno, Tulare, Kings, Kern Counties, $3000/day, $1500/half day. All other counties $5000 per day--no half days.
Non-litigated disputes: Flat fee by quote.

Payment: Payment due upon receipt of engagement letter and invoice.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds if engagement is canceled or postponed within two weeks of date.
