 Full time mediator since 1991, successfully mediating the diverse array of business, insurance, and employment disputes which were the focus of my 13 year litigation practice at Keker & Van Nest. In solo mediation practice, having been one of the American Arbitration Association's employment and commercial panelists from 1995-2002.
Adjunct Professor at Hastings College of the Law since 1998 teaching "Negotiation and Settlement"
