Biographical Notes:
 Mr. Stevenson has been a trial attorney for 35 years and has been arbitrating since 1980 and mediating since 1997. He is intimately familiar with confidentiality issues in the mediation process given his role in the Foxgate v Bramalea matter and as an amicus in the Rojas v. Superior Court case and the Simmons v. Ghaderi cases before the Superme Court. He handles a wide variety of cases.

RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION |
Rates: Mediation Hearing In-House Fees:
- $400 per hour - up to 4 parties at mediator's office.
- $500 per hour - 5 or more parties at mediator's office.
Arbitration Hearing In-House Fees:
- $400 per hour - up to 4 parties at arbitrator's office
- $500 per hour - 5 or more parties at arbitrator's office
Mediation Hearing Off-Site Location Fees:
- $450 per hour - up to 4 parties outside mediator's office.
- $550 per hour - 5 or more parties outside mediator's office.
Arbitration Hearing Off-Site Location Fees:
- $450 per hour -- up to 4 parties outside arbitrator's office.
- $550 per hour -- 5 or more parties outside arbitrator's office.
Per diem rates available. Travel charges are portal to portal.

Payment: Each party will deposit a pro rata share of the first 4 hours of the mediation, 5 days prior to the scheduled hearing. The remaining balance, if any, is due 15 days after the submission of the mediator's bill.
For arbitrations each party will deposit a pro rata share of the first 8 hours of the arbitration, 5 days prior to the scheduled hearing. The remaining balance, if any, is due 15 days after submission of the arbitrator's bill.

Cancellation Policy: There is no cancellation fee if the case settles and notice is given to the mediator 24 hours prior to the scheduled hearing.
