Mr. Stevenson has been a trial attorney for 43 years and has been arbitrating since 1980 and mediating since 1997. He is intimately familiar with confidentiality issues in the mediation process given his role in the Foxgate v Bramalea matter and as an amicus in the Rojas v. Superior Court case and the Simmons v. Ghaderi cases before the Superme Court. He handles a wide variety of cases.

Payment: Each party will deposit a pro rata share of the per diem rate 7 days prior to the scheduled hearing. The remaining balance, if any, is due 30 days after the submission of the final bill. .

Cancellation Policy: There is no cancellation fee if the case settles and notice is given to the mediator 72 hours prior to the scheduled hearing, except for air fare charges.
