Biographical Notes:
 Ken Malovos is a full-time mediator and arbitrator, who has resolved hundreds of cases in Sacramento and San Francisco. He has been selected as a Super Lawyer for 2006, 2007 and 2008 in Northern California, as an alternative dispute neutral.
He brings immense experience to mediation and arbitration, having tried or settled hundreds of complex cases in state and federal courts, as well as before arbitration panels, over a 35 year career as a trial lawyer.
Mr. Malovos serves as a mediator and arbitrator in all types of commercial and business disputes, including real estate, construction, employment, intellectual property, contract, partnership and corporation dissolution, legal and accounting malpractice, defamation and unfair business competition. He is a panel member of the American Arbitration Association and the Office of Administrative Hearings, State of California.

RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION |
Rates:
Mediation and arbitrations: $4,000 per day, payable in advance. Half-day and hourly rates for appropriate cases.
Referee: $400 per hour, paid in advance.

Payment:
Travel outside of Sacramento or San Francisco is charged at the rate of $250 per hour. All costs and fees are borne equally by the parties, unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation Policy: Fees are fully refundable if canceled more than seven days before the hearing. Within seven days, the fee is a retainer to save the day and is non-refundable. However, if the hearing is postponed, the fee will be fully transferable to the new date.
