Biographical Notes:
 Lynne Bassis, named ADR Super Lawyer in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010, is an accomplished mediator, mediation trainer, ADR business design consultant (partner of Workplace Resolution Group Inc.) and speaker. A past director of the Disability Mediation Center at Loyola Law School, her private mediation practice includes employment (including class action), disability and trusts & estates/elder law matters. She also mediates legal and professional malpractice, personal injury, real estate, business/partnership, commercial and intra-family disputes.
Ms. Bassis is a mediator for the American Arbitration Association (AAA), Alternative Resolution Centers (ARC), Inland Valley Arbitration Mediation Services (IVAMS), Redlands Arbitration and Mediation Services (ARMS), First Resolution Services, Inc. (FRS) and is an arbitrator for FINRA’s Securities Dispute Resolution Forum. Ms Bassis mediates for the United States Postal Service, Office of Affirmative Action Compliance, County of Los Angeles, National Conflict Resolution Center’s Elder Care Mediation Panel (San Diego) and formerly for the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, US Department of Navy and Homeland Security. Ms. Bassis is a former member of the California State Bar Labor and Employment Executive Committee (2005-2008).
