Biographical Notes:
 Michael is a licensed U.S. attorney and English solicitor with over 25 years of in-house and outside counsel experience representing commercial entities and government contractors from joint ventures and start-ups to Fortune 50 corporations in a variety of matters including shareholder, purchase and sale, divestiture, alliance, project financing, licensing, technical assistance, non-disclosure, and e-commerce contracts. He was lead counsel for over $3 billion of mergers & acquisitions and over $2 billion of financings. He has managed U.S. and foreign intellectual property (including patents, trademarks, copyrights and know-how).
Since 1994, Michael has earned a reputation as a respected neutral, and has served as an Arbitrator, Mediation and Judge Pro Tem for the American Arbitration Association, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA, formerly NASD), the National Conflict Resolution Center and the State of California Superior Court in San Diego.
