RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION |
Rates: $330 per hour, split among the parties; for Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties. No travel time charged.
$385 per hour, split among the parties, for all other counties in California. No travel time charged. Travel expenses may be appropriate on a case by case basis.
Payment:
Parties are billed following the MEDIATION.
A deposit will be requested before any ARBITRATION begins, and the parties will be billed after the event with the deposit applied to the bill.
