Biographical Notes:
 Tim Corcoran is a professional full-time Alternative Dispute Resolution specialist. He has been engaged in the ADR arena for 20 years and during that span has handled well in excess of 5,000 mediation or arbitration hearings.
Tim has been designated as one of the 50 Top Neutrals in the State of California by the Los Angeles Daily Journal. In November, 2009, Tim was recognized as a "Legal Eagle" in the Best Lawyers edition of the Inland Empire Magazine. He has also been recognized as a "Super Lawyer" in the Corporate Counsel edition of Los Angeles Magazine in 2009 as well as a "Super Lawyer" in the ADR Section.
Tim Corcoran was raised in the Southern California communities of West Covina and Claremont. He graduated from Damien High School, attended the Virginia Military Institute and graduated from the University of Southern California. While at USC he served as a Congressional intern for the late Jerry L. Pettis in Washington D.C.. Tim then went to San Diego to attend the Thomas Jefferson University College of Law where he served on the Law School's Law Review entitled the Criminal Justice Journal. After the completion of his second year, he clerked for the U.S. Attorney's Office in San Diego. After graduation and admission to the California State Bar, Tim began his law career working for the late Judge Tony Piazza in Victorville and Redlands. In 1981, Tim joined the law firm of Thompson & Colegate in Riverside where he specialized in insurance defense of every variety as well as police misconduct and medical malpractice litigation. In 1989, he left the firm and opened his own practice in San Bernardino. Tim was also an instructor at the California Southern School of Law in Riverside where he taught the art of trial practice for approximately 5 years. For the next several years Tim enjoyed a solo practice where he concentrated in the areas of personal injury litigation, family law, juvenile law, criminal law and general civil law.
Tim has continued his professional education by attending the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at the Pepperdine School of Law and the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation.
Tim is an Ironman triathlete and enjoys fly fishing and winter sports. He is also active in youth sports.

Rates: In order to assist you with services customized for your needs, please call Tracie Grossi at (909) 798-4554.

Cancellation Policy: If the mediation is cancelled, the deposit is forfeited. If the mediation session is rescheduled at any time within 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled session, a modification charge equaling 50% of the initially required deposit will be charged unless Mr. Corcoran can fill that unused time slot, then Mr. Corcoran may reduce the modification charge proportionate by the amount of time that was actually filled. Notice of modification shall be in writing; facsimile is acceptable.
