Biographical Notes:
William V. McTaggart, Jr. was with the firm of Parker, Milliken, Clark, O’Hara & Samuelian from 1982 through 2005. He was a shareholderfrom 1986. Since 1999, most of Mr McTaggart’s practice has been dedicated to mediation. He has served as the neutral in more than 200 mediations and is a member of the Los Angeles Superior Court ADR panel since 1999. U.S. District Court for the Central District of California Attorney Settlement Officer Panel since 2004.
Mr. McTaggart was named as a Southern California Super Lawyer by Los Angeles Magazine in both 2005 and 2006.
Mr. McTaggart has extensive experience as an attorney and a mediator in insurance law, as well as commercial, banking and financial matters.
